Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxe Radiant Jewel, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure your shopping experience is flawless. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and return process. Please review the following guidelines for our refund and returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made wedding rings are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service at info@luxeradiantjewel.com with your order details, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@luxeradiantjewel.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luxeradiantjewel.com, and we will provide further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Customized or engraved wedding rings
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
