Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure all details are accurate. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order confirmation. Custom or engraved wedding rings may take additional time to produce.

4. Returns and Exchanges
At Luxe Radiant Jewel, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom wedding rings. The ring must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or engraved rings are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Info@luxeradiantjewel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
5. Product Warranty
All our wedding rings come with a lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your ring is defective, please contact our customer service team to arrange a repair or replacement.
6. Order Modifications
