4. Returns and Exchanges

At Luxe Radiant Jewel, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom wedding rings. The ring must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or engraved rings are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Product Warranty

All our wedding rings come with a lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
